the following information in your request as possible:
Complete description of the
problem, include a series of steps to reproduce the problem, expected results, and
observed results.
Operating system, please
include service pack, language version or relase number if applicable.
Your current version of
Software, this value generally may be obtained on the Caddais Software product's About
dialog box.
A list of other programs that
are currently running.
If you are a registered
user the products, please provide your registered Username and Registration Key.
Any other information you think
may help us diagnose the problem.
